John, the headlines from Reuters are alarming.

Russia says it hit an aircraft repair plant in Ukraine

with that Arrashnik missile that it boasts about. I'll ask you about that in a minute,

but first I want to attend what looks to be Keef under assault, a thousand Keefe apartment blocks

still without heating after the Russian strike.

You could argue that the strike on the aircraft repair plan is about war fighting, but taking

down the heat in Keef seems terror. Good evening to you, John. Is this something we've seen

from the Russians in winter's past, or is there something new here? Good evening to you.

Hi, John. Hey, Bill. Thanks for having me back on the show. Yeah, the Russians have been

attacking Ukrainian energy and electricity infrastructure each year concentrated in the winter months.

I think this year is perhaps Ukraine's most challenging

winner. The Russians have adapted their tactics to some degree. Part of the problem is

an exponential increase in Russian production of Iranian designed and Russian modified

Shahed drones, the Garan 2 and the jet-powered

Garan 3.

The Russians are also experimenting with various other kind of variance in that Garan line.

So you've had an increase in the number of Garan's getting through.

Also, Russian increases in production of ballistic and other

missiles. And tactically, the Russians have kind of adjusted the logic of the way they're going

after Ukrainian electricity sites. So the kind of concentrating region by region or dividing
