attacking Ukrainian energy and electricity infrastructure each year concentrated in the winter months.

I think this year is perhaps Ukraine's most challenging

winner. The Russians have adapted their tactics to some degree. Part of the problem is

an exponential increase in Russian production of Iranian designed and Russian modified
