Watching Russia struggle because of the drone attacks on the refineries

and the supply lines for diesel.

Russia, like most of Europe, uses diesel for their vehicles, not gasoline.

Russia is now forbidding the export of any diesel at all from all of its refineries because

it's out of diesel. The attacks on the big ref diesel at all from all of its refineries because it's out of diesel.

The attacks on the big refinery at Omsk, the attacks on all the refineries have left them very

short. There's rationing. Their rules. They're now odd and even days. People going into Kazakhstan

to get around the system to bring back

the ban jerry cans that can be used in Kazakhstan filled with diesel fuel.
