and we're looking at a story that is a moving story in Eurasia to do with the Strait of Hormuz.

The Strait of Hormuz was declared open by the President of the United States some days past

following the agreeing 14-point memo of understanding.

However, events in these last hours during the NATO meeting in Ankara, Turkey,

suggests that the memo of understanding is no longer in action,

and that as the President of the United States says to a NATO meeting, as far as I'm concerned, it's over.

The memo of understanding was straight of Hormuz.

In the meantime, before it was over, it was a list of favored nations by the Islamic Republic, and striking on that list, were India and Pakistan, along with Russia and China

and Iraq.

Gordon, I come to you because Cameron joins us, but I puzzle about your reaction first, and

then your question for Cameron.

What do you make of this idea that there was a favored list? Was that meant to acknowledge

the obvious attending the funeral? India did send a representative. Was that an attempt to divide
