who watches Hamas. Sam, thank you. I need translation of all these, especially the acronym

NCA. Why has a Hamas official resigned and where, and what does this mean about the conflict

Thanks for having me back. So the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza is supposed to be a purely Palestinian, they say technocratic body. That doesn't mean that they're

like Elon Musk types, which is how we would use it, but just so that they're apolitical, somewhat

aligned with the Palestinian Authority, which is what Dr. Ali Shath, who's the head of the NCA,

he was a former PA member in the West Bank. So that's what it is. It's supposed to operate under

the Board of Peace and administer to the daily civilian needs of the Gaza Strip.
