Oh, my goodness. So you find me today on the heels of our Q&A in The Heal with Nicole membership community. Every month we get

together and everybody just asks their questions and I answer them from the hip. And as usual,

themes start to emerge. And what I love is when I

experience the alignment that I was already deep in thought about a theme. And all of a sudden,

that's the question that everybody's asking. So today in our community, one of the biggest

themes was, how can I tap in and connect in my

journal speak, in my mindset, in my practice, understanding that there were times that were

really hard for me.

There were times where I literally feel like the door closes and I can't find my way in or I get

there a little bit and then, you know, something takes over like I have a symptom that overpowers

my ability to be with these difficult moments or I'm finding it very hard to have self-compassion, you know, this kind of theme.

And all of this stuff comes back to a deeper dive into what I like to call inner child work.
