I really did not ever think a few weeks ago when this started becoming very big news that

I would be focusing on the coronavirus in my podcast because a virus, as it were, is

not TMS and although our immune systems have a tremendous impact on whether or not we

get sick, I just wouldn't have thought this would be a topic that I would be tackling.

On my podcast, but I've received hundreds of messages from around the world from people

really into spare, not because they have the coronavirus or because they think they might

get it per se, but because of the fear and the panic that has descended upon them and

how it's kicking up the rest of their anxiety and TMS symptoms.

And they are just looking for some guidance on how to get through this.
