Hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome to another episode of the

Absolutely Not podcast. I'm your host Heather McMahon. Hope you're doing fantastic. Hope you

had a wonderful, beautiful holiday. We are going into the last week of the year and I felt like

it was going to be a great time for a little bit of reflection, a little time to look inward

while you're slowly morphing into the same shape as your couch. As you've watched the 10th episode

of Emily in Paris and thought, Lily Collins desperately needs Botox, but hey, I don't hate the

bangs for hiding the loose forehead. That sounded like the cutiest thing I could ever say.

And all women don't need Botox, but specifically, I don't know why it's really making the back of

my neck itch. Anyways, while you're morphing into the the same shape as your couch and you're

having time as you reach your hand into another bowl of chips or caviar or maybe you just have a

loose baked potato wrapped in tinfoils sitting on your coffee table that you pick up and you take a

bite of every maybe 20 to 30 minutes because I don't know, you're feeling lonely. This is probably

the best time for you to just lay on the couch. Let this episode be almost a reflective

dare I say meditative self-help moment where we're going to sit and reflect on what we've done

this year and set some goals and intentions for the new year. I thought there'd be nobody better

that I should do this with than the largest pain in my ass and doily the love of my life,

the one and only the iconic Italian style in Jeff Daniels. So ladies and gentlemen,

I want you to find yourself a safe space. I want you to sit in a comfy chair, maybe lie down in

that hardwood floor because you have a tight back or again, you're morphing into the couch.
