In today's meditation, we are going to be doing a chakra meditation. Every Thursday is all about the chakras.

So every single day I leave a different meditation technique

based on a weekly theme,

and our theme this week is a little bit unusual. What I'm doing

this week is I've taken a book that I've been reading this summer as I record this it's in this summer and I'm

sharing and customizing meditation techniques to go along with the book.

And so every day this week,

we've explored a different meditation technique

that goes along with some of the main principles in the book and the book

is the Book of Five Rings by Miamoto Musashi who was the most famous Japanese samurai, who lived in the 1600s, and he was

completely self-taught.

He was reputed to be undefeated in every single battle that he had and he had

over 60 organized battles and he fought large groups of people.

He fought against large groups of people single-handedly.

And he also fought people one on one and so you are going to

explore one of his principles in today's chakra meditation I think you're going to find very interesting and hopefully very

enlightening. So go ahead and as you get ready to meditate make sure you're someplace where you're not likely to be interrupted,
