In today's meditation, we are going to be doing a moodra. And if you're not sure what a moodra is, moodras are often referred to as yoga in your hands.

And there are simply ways to position your hands, to activate your conscience in some way, just as when you do

yoga pose, you stretch your body and it also impacts you on a conscious level.

So in today's guided meditation, we're continuing with our theme of living your life, being clear and productive about how you want to live it, and to do

so we're following the ancient words of a famous Japanese samurai who lived in the

1600s who wrote a very classic book on strategy that many business schools use is called the book of five rings by

Miamoto Musashi and in every single episode this week I'm sharing with you different pieces of his book, his work,

and also a meditation technique that's customized to go along with some of his great teachings.

Now if you get his book and read it, you'll notice that it is indeed all about military

strategies and winning as you use the sword.

But there's a depth of understanding in his work.

It's on the surface about fighting in battle. But if you look deeper into it, it's really all

about fighting the battle with yourself. How you approach your life because Musashi lived his life the way that he fought in

battle, and I like you to think of meditation as a way you live your life, not for the time when you have a few moments
