So this is clear at episode six, we've explored a different meditation technique that goes along with one of the principles in Musashi's book, the Book of Five Rings, and this is a powerful book. And so I'm going to be sharing

Miamoto Musashi was from. He was a famous samurai in Japan in the 1600s who wrote a book all about how to win at whatever you do specifically for him it was

sword fighting because in his day that is what it took to gain power and to stay alive for him in some cases.

And so I'm going to share with you the health benefits of Mugi-Cha tea.

When I lived in Japan, every summer we would drink Mugi-Cha, and I always felt horrible after I drank it.

And now I know why, because at that time I didn't realize that I needed to stay away from gluten.

Well, Mugi Cha is made from barley,
