0:14.0 | Today we are speaking with Robert Brandt, who runs for Georgetown. He used to run for UCLA, but he recently transferred to Georgetown. |

0:35.6 | Everybody sees the glamorous results, but they don't see the hard work |

0:45.0 | beginnings in the sport in high school in California, being very accomplished at Loyola High School, |
0:52.6 | but also having his fair share of ups and downs. |
0:55.6 | And then going into college at UC Berkeley, I believe, hopefully I didn't mess that up, |
1:01.1 | where he struggled with injuries and struggled with burnout. |
1:05.2 | And it just goes to show you that success doesn't always come right away. |
1:09.5 | You have to work for it. |
1:10.5 | You have to work hard. |
1:11.9 | And Robert shares some really amazing wisdom and advice for that. |

1:19.1 | how do you embrace the famous phrase process over outcomes? |
1:24.5 | Because you have to really do that in order to be at a level that he runs at. |
