In episode twenty-eight of The Running Effect (with Dominic Schlueter), we speak with Elise Cranny. She's one of the most accomplished runners to come through Colorado high school running and was a 12xAll-American at Stanford. She now runs with Bowerman TC and Nike where she's currently training for the 2021 Tokyo Olyimpics!
In this episode we go through her career and all the ups and downs that have come her way. She shares so much wisdom that is extrondinarly valuable. She also shares many of the principles that have helped her succeed in every outlet of her life!
