And we're going to get right into it, because apparently something is going to talk to us.

I was so excited to go through my rituals and routines with you when we were preparing all of the episodes that I wanted to share.

And then, you know, it just so happens that I actually feel like complete shit.

I don't even want to talk about this today, but then I actually took a step back and realized it's the perfect opportunity to share

We recently got back from a trip and Eleanor hasn't been feeling good.

She's been up at night.

There were like three nights in a row where she literally was up the entire night.

I was up with her and then this last night I just couldn't sleep.

And as we all know, if you are not sleeping and just restoring and repairing yourself from these crazy days that we have,

you don't feel good and I really don't.

I don't feel good at all.

And when I'm in this place, the last thing I want to do are any damn rituals or routines, because I have no energy to do them.

But, you know, I made this commitment with myself, like even though I'm not feeling 100, just coming back to, even if it's just a few of these things I'm going to walk through.
