Hello everybody.

As the great Selin Dionne once said,

A new day has come.

Last week, I attended therapy retreat

to heal my inner demons,

find internal peace,

and move forward into my next chapter

with clear optics and a grateful heart.

I turned in all my electronics to stay present for my metamorphosis

and submerged myself,

balls deep in nature,

and practices of self-love.

I nourished my body with various nutrient-rich superfoods,

various, high-saturated fat candies that I smuggled in my anal cavity,

and subsequently had extreme gastrointestinal issues,

resulting in a slender yet pregnant physique that one could only dream of.

I meditated at sunrise,

I journaled myself into an insomniac clad slumber.

Truly only lulled myself to sleep by the voices in my head,

and the triggering animal sounds from the canyon.
