I believe that there is value there for the homeowners.

I'm not saying it because it's my job.

I'm not saying it because I make however much money off of each one.

I truly believe in it.

And I think that the customers don't realize what's available to them.

They also don't realize what they want or they need in certain circumstances. So it's my

obligation to let them know, hey, this is absolutely something that is going to benefit you,

whether it's short term or long term. I believe it. I've used it. It's awesome.
