| 0:45.0 | You know, sometimes when we think about things too much, we can kind of get stuck in life. |
| 0:50.0 | And I was reminded of this the other day I was chatting to a friend and she's been doing |
| 0:53.9 | you might know of a book, I think it's called The Artist's Way, I haven't read it but |
| 0:57.7 | I've heard about it from a number of people. |
| 0:59.8 | And as part of this, she gets up every day and for many, many years by the way, I think |
| 1:04.2 | maybe even 10 years she's been doing this every single day. |
| 1:07.8 | I think she has to write a certain number of words or she has to do it right for a certain |
| 1:12.8 | length of time, perhaps 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes. |
| 1:16.3 | Regardless of whether she has anything specific or particular that she wants to write, she |
| 1:21.8 | just has to write. |
| 1:23.2 | And in doing that, even if it's the idea, well I don't know what I'm going to write, |
| 1:26.2 | okay, we'll write that on the page. |
| 1:28.2 | And the idea is almost that it helps us to sort of get out of our own way, to get out |
