Hello, my beautiful listeners. Okay, so this week I want to revisit the episode called

Cheating and Dealing with Betrayal. This is another episode from season one. In this episode,

I shared a lot of personal information with you guys.

I opened up about the times I've been cheated on and about the time I cheated on my partner.

And now that I think about it, I don't regret talking about that.

Because I always say this, guys, in order to help people change their lives or give them hope or inspire them, empower them, you have to be honest about your story.

So I'm not ashamed.

I'm not happy.

You're proud of doing that.

But I was younger.

I learned from it and we're growing from it.
