Hello, guys. Welcome to Cheekies and Chill. Today we're going to revisit an episode we recorded back in season one called My Relationship

with Money.

We covered a lot in this episode, including the fact that I didn't grow up with money.

There were times when all we had to eat was canned tuna and canned green beans because

that's all we could afford.

I recorded this episode back in 2021.

At the time, I was putting 10% of my monthly income into a savings account, giving 10% back to my church, and I was also investing in Bitcoin and Crypto.

And today, 2026, my relationship with money has gotten a lot better.

I still struggle, guys, with buying things that I don't need.

There are times when I'm feeling sad or my menstrual cycle is around the corner and I just buy things.

I swear they get to my house and I'm like, wait, when did I even buy this? It's just too easy to purchase things with our cell phones now. But I am a lot more mindful because I am an independent artist and
