I've been told in the past by students and clients that they've actually been afraid

I think it stems from the insecurity that we may feel when learning something new.

With that being said, today's question goes as so.

I've been meditating for a while now and I'm starting to explore sitting for longer periods

I'm noticing that the longer I sit for meditation, the less comfortable I feel maintaining
