Hi Kaisanga, I've maintained a fairly consistent meditation practice since 2018.

Recently I have desired to intentionally bring the practice into my daily routine.

I make plans and goals for the day but I don't accomplish them.

This makes me dislike myself and I feel greatly discouraged.

How do I fix this?

So I'm hearing you say that you make plans and goals for your day and that you're not

accomplishing them and this leads you to disliking yourself and rinse and repeat.

Well if you're noticing a pattern here, I'll be curious if you have mindfully and honestly

reflected on what's causing you to not accomplish your goals.
