Summary

Be guided in a meditation using a mudra meditation technique to tap into your inner resilience. Many times the work-life balance can seem overwhelming and this can cause you to feel disempowered. In this episode, you're guided in a meditation to feel empowered.

This is part 4 of a 7-Part Work-Life Balance Series, Episodes 793-799.

As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
