Oh yeah, we've been doing it. Lots of walking, some soup, some reading, some journaling, some debos.

It's a fun community I'll have to say. They keep me on my toes. Yes. It's just all

these rhythms that all of us want to do, but we don't often make the time,

and it's fun to hear how you guys are taking the time to be intentional about that.

And what a great month to do that, I think, personally, the noise around us is so loud around everything related to our world

right now that if we don't practice these kinds of rhythms and have a sort of an

internal clock that's driving away we're going to stay healthy, mentally, physically, have clarity,

you know then you're really going to get swayed by the winds of what's happening during

Yeah, so I picked up a rhythm again that it's been a long time.

So I have a rhythm that I haven't done since I had foot surgery in January,
