maybe month. And I've really obviously had some of all these things that I'm going to be

just important pieces to our self-care. So without these four things, it's going to feel like your self-care is not necessarily complete.

And I don't believe that we need to be perfect.

I don't think that there is a way to quote unquote do self-care

perfectly. But I do feel like there are some essentials that we want to make sure that we are
