I am a qualified Personal trainer with Certificates 3 and 4 in Fitness and Certificate 4 in workplace training and assessment. I have lectured in the fitness, mental health and wellbeing industry for over 25 years.

I am a specialist 'intensive A' mental health worker working in mental health and disability and have worked in mental health forensics.

Before we start, I'd like you to find or create a comfortable position in which to meditate.

As one of the aims of this meditation is your sleep, I suggest you choose your bed, but

We will start with some talking about physical emotions and body mapping and we will move towards

Sometimes we think of emotions as having no content or material value.
