| 0:00.0 | Welcome to episode two thousand eight hundred and sixty one of the daily meditation |
| 0:07.5 | podcast. I'm Mary Mechley and I welcome you. You are launching into a brand new |
| 0:15.6 | theme this week. Every week you get to master your emotions as you go through |
| 0:24.6 | different themes which represent different life experiences. Well this week's |
| 0:31.0 | theme is all about healing through compassion. As I did a little research for |

| 1:54.2 | going through a similar painful experience that you've gone through and of |
| 2:02.6 | course it's important to practice compassion to practice imagining yourself |
| 2:10.4 | walking someone else's path what that must feel like for that person. The true |
| 2:18.6 | compassion is you sharing your own life journey because you've lived the kind of |
| 2:27.6 | pain and suffering someone else may be experiencing. So your quest this |
| 2:34.6 | week you're weekly challenge is to daily send compassion to someone who's |
| 2:43.9 | experiencing something you've been through someone who's going through some |
