toxic thoughts and relationships. You may find that toxic thoughts sabotage your peace and happiness.

And toxic people can lead to toxic thoughts. So how do you know when you are in a toxic

relationship? Because relationships have their ups and downs. It doesn't necessarily mean if you're

struggling in a relationship that it's necessarily toxic or hopeless. But if you find that you just

don't feel safe with the person, there's no trust or there's no respect. Maybe you are being

not so much physically abused. Of course, that is definitely a toxic situation, but you might even

be emotionally abused where there's not much communication or empathy for you when you are

experiencing any kind of difficult situation. So the person is not emotionally present to you.
