In today's episode, we continue with our series this week, which is all about inner peace.

And as you've discovered along the way, inner peace comes from within you.

It's not as though suddenly peace is going to descend upon you.

If you're seated, getting ready to meditate,

or you're focusing on a meditation technique,

you might be waiting for something to happen. You might think you're doing something wrong because

you're doing things right, but you may not really be feeling any peace. Your mind may be wandering. You might be making

to-do-lis or thinking about what you should be doing instead of sitting down to calm your mind and body. You may be doing and

thinking any number of things as you calm yourself. Even if you're walking, doing your peace

walk, which I hope you are doing this week, where you focus exclusively on peace as you walk.

And you might be trying to do everything right, but it's just not happening.

It very well could be because you are not trying to create peace within yourself.

You're waiting for something to happen.

And what works is when you focus and focus and create inner peace for yourself.

So first you become aware of how you're feeling,

if you're feeling like you need some peace.

And then you notice what might be inhibiting your peace.

And then you begin to break it down and think about, well, what could you do to improve the situation even a little bit?

And then you start to take these small steps towards calming your mind and body.
