We're exploring this week all about inner abundance. We follow a theme in each week's series. A series lasts for an entire seven days, a full week,

0:28.7

and each day of the week you explore a different meditation technique. The techniques are all

0:37.3

customized, so each one is different meditation technique. The techniques are all customized so each one is different

0:40.8

every single day and the techniques are ways for you to make your meditation ritual

0:48.1

dynamic and the techniques as well can be done whether you are meditating on your meditation cushion or chair or you are right in the midst of a busy day.

1:04.0

In today's episode, you are going to discover a way to calm your mind and your body.

1:15.3

I'm going to share with you what is called a mudra.

1:20.2

It's actually the Dharma Chakra Mudra today you'll be exploring.

1:24.9

You don't have to do the mudra.

1:27.1

You can simply be guided in the meditation

1:30.3

without doing the mudra, but I invite you to try something a little unique. Moodras are often

1:38.9

1:48.0

And so when you position them in a particular way, it corresponds to a particular part of your brain.

1:58.0

So it stimulates that part of your brain. This mudra is pretty simple to do.

2:05.5

You can always go on to the SIP, SIP, SIP, and Ome, OM, Instagram, or Facebook. And there you will find a photo of the mudra being done. So I'll just guide you

2:26.8

quickly in the mudra right at this moment. You can hold the mudra for as long as you feel

2:32.9

comfortable doing so. If you hold it for five to

2:37.6

15 minutes and do this three times a day, you will receive the best benefits. This

2:43.5

mudra helps to calm your mind and uplift your spirit. It represents a continuous flow of energy.

2:54.1

So I'll get you set up in the mojo right now.

2:56.6

Go ahead and touch your thumb to your index finger, making a circle.
