You know what those are.

Others might recognize those qualities in you.

Maybe they're not qualities you share with others, but you know they're there.

Every day to focus on three of your best qualities.

Now as you relax your body, tune in to where you harbor these qualities.

Maybe focus on just one of the qualities and notice where you hold it within your body.
