And one of the key pieces of meditation happens to be how you sit when you meditate making your body comfortable.

I remember when I was in meditation teacher training and this was the very first class we had.

And I couldn't believe that we spent an entire day learning how important it was to be comfortable when you meditate.

And the reason why is because as you'll hear in the interview as well, when your body is comfortable, your mind can relax.

I know many of you let me know that you actually lay down when you're meditating and that is okay.

You can definitely lay down.

But I recommend that you sit up and get really comfortable as you meditate.

This is so important to helping you maximize your meditation potential.
