A mudra is a way you hold your hands and it is considered to activate a corresponding

Mudra is our 5,000 year old meditation techniques.

Now you can do the meditation without doing the mudra.

But if you want to make your meditation extra dynamic, I invite you to try the shuni mudra.

The shuni mudra is easy to do.

You simply touch your thumb to your middle finger.

That is it, creating a circle with your thumb and your middle finger.
