| 2:10.1 | And these are thoughts that have to do with your own perceptions, your expectations and what you associate with any negative emotion. |
| 2:24.6 | So your negative thoughts are often judgments. They're often not true. |
| 2:31.6 | So a negative thought could be considered as a distortion. |
| 2:39.1 | Now, what is a thought that might spiral your energy downward, but it's not necessarily a negative experience. |
