We measure talk speed as well.

And when people deal with objections, the average technician or comfort advisor, what they

do is they accelerate their talk speed.

So they were talking maybe like on 150 words per minute and they go to like 180.

Increase their talk speed significantly and their patience goes down.

And then they start trying to debate the objection.

It's like, oh, the price is too high. Well, you know, you consider this, you consider that, you're energy efficiency, all this dust that you're breathing in. It's like dead skin cells and I start talking. The top performers, what they do is ask an open-in-a-question. What do you mean? The price is too high.
