I think that you've got to focus on what you can control.

You know, the first thing you can control is your time.

What are you doing with your time?

Are you doing the training?

Are you investing in it?

And are you giving that call everything you've got?

Are you giving that customer the call that they deserve and that they're paying for? And if you are, you can say in your heart of hearts that you're giving at 100%,

I don't think you're going to be that down because you're going to get an energy from that too.

And I say the second part to that is having a sense of urgency, you know, with everything that you do.
