this rainy Thursday in the Northwest. It is looking like the rain is going to let up for the game this weekend, which is nice,

because we will get to see the Seahawks new weapon on offense.

Rashid Shaheed, I actually have to remind myself it is Shaheed because now in my mind,

as I was creating the thumbnail for this video, started calling him Shispeed.

And while fitting, it is not his name.

So Rashid Shahid is definitely on my mind.

And I think he's going to be on the minds of a lot of defensive coordinators and defensive players for the rest of the year for the Seahawks.

We've got a fun show today.

And actually, it's a double pod Thursday.

Who knows?

It might be a triple pod Thursday.

You never know.

But I'm going to start by sharing some sound from yesterday conversations with Rashid in his first

press conference with the Seahawks as well as Mike McDonald.

And then at 9.30 a.m. Pacific time going to welcome in Ted Wynn of the Athletic, who is excellent in terms of schematics and breaking things down on both sides of the ball.

He was someone who we talked to early about Mike McDonald and about how he's really revolutionized

the way that he teaches his scheme in the NFL.

But Ted was one of the guys probably about a month ago that was like, man, it would be ideal.
