Because even though loving yourself may seem like a simple concept, it can be hard to put

into practice.

Today, I'm going to talk about the importance of loving yourself first.

No often, we think about how to care for our loved ones and in the process, we can lose

sight of our own needs.

I'll explore how loving yourself first can make other parts of your life more rewarding.

And I'll give you a few tips on how to invite self-love into your day.

My definition of self-love is being in a space where I genuinely believe I would pick

to be me.

I would choose myself.

Whether it is going for a job or going on a date or going to the gym and being in a class,

I would pick this body.

I would pick this experience.

And so when you get to a space where you're not constantly fantasizing about the external

and instead loving the experience of the internal, I think that's when you're experiencing
