0:19.8	My name is K-Sunger and it is indeed Friday.
0:26.4	For today's episode I'll be talking about one of my mindful moments with love and romance,
0:32.5	specifically the love story or love journey of my partner, Sheryl and I.
0:39.6	So as I write this, I'm going on 22 years of marriage and year 26 of being in a committed
0:45.7	relationship.
0:47.3	For those of you who have been married for many years, y'all know that this journey has
0:51.5	its ups and downs and everything in between, but I'm going to keep it completely happy
0:57.4	today and talk about how it all got started.
1:03.8	When I was a senior in high school, we went to pick up my sister from college in North Carolina.
1:09.1	Big shout out to North Carolina Central University, HBCU at its best.
1:14.7	Eagle pride.
1:18.0	I still remember the moment when my sister said, this is my good friend, Sheryl.
1:24.0	I distinctly remember a sort of electricity or chill overcoming.
1:30.9	And yes, it was her obvious beauty and her southern twang in her speech and also just
1:37.8	her overall aura.
1:40.3	I was truly captivated.
1:43.4	I later asked my sister about her and discovered that she had a boyfriend.
1:49.4	So I didn't really sweat it.
1:51.0	I just went ahead and finished my last year of high school and prepared to start college
1:55.5	in the fall at the same university as my sister and Sheryl.
2:02.6	So the summer approached and as fate would have it, Sheryl and I were in the same summer
