Hi, it's Andy here and welcome to Radio Headspace. So it's Thursday morning.

And I don't know if you were able to catch any of it but a few weeks back for about

a hang almost two months. We ran a short series called Take 10 on Instagram Live and every

morning I was joined by a guest and my lot of members of the community from around the

world and we paused to do some meditation and to have a chat about what was going on.

I nailed it. I nailed it. Kevin, thanks so much for joining us

afternoon. Great to see you, Andy. For this one particular morning we were talking about

not only the struggles that people were facing but also the inspiring stories that were

coming out from around the world, the things that people were doing, the acts of kindness

and generosity. And these weren't just sort of financial in nature. These were people coming

out and doing things for their neighbors, for their community. And in some cases it may

be as simple as reconnecting with loved ones and with friends looking out for other people.

And somebody commented, well that's fine but we can't give what we don't have.

The idea of being it has to be something tangible, it has to be something physical. Giving

the act of generosity, the act of kindness, we can't put limitations on it in that way

and say that it is only something physical. There are so many different ways for us to
