| 1:14.0 | There's not a right way to do it in a wrong way. The way you do it is just fine. |
| 1:20.0 | Now there are certainly different techniques and tips that will help you meditate better. |
| 1:27.0 | But as long as you're attuning yourself to what you're trying to bring out as you begin this meditation journey, it's all good. |
| 1:42.0 | I hope that at some point, if you're new to meditation, that you'll make your way down to the floor or in a chair on the end of your bed and sit and experience stillness. |
| 1:54.0 | That's the best way to realize the results and it's not always easy to do this. |
| 1:59.0 | It takes practice to become used to feeling the stillness within yourself. |
| 2:07.0 | But it's very possible. Billions of people do it and meditation has been around for thousands of years. |
