Summary

In the second part of this Feature, we hear from Ofek Arush and George Passantino, co-Founders of Quokka Brew. We continue the conversation and listen as the co-founders talk about how their product is changing how people get their daily energy. People who previously couldn’t drink coffee can now enjoy Quokka Brew.

They want their customers to be happy like the animal quokka, hence their name.

The co-founders talk about their future plans for their products. They also discuss their early troubles with trying to get their product to market in time.

Quokka Brew faced a lot of troubles early on, and they used each problem as a stepping stone to move forward. They learned from each issue and became a better brand overall.

In part 2, we hear how they named their brand, their mission to change how we get our energy, and how they want to change the coffee industry.

Join us while Ramon Vela interviews Ofek and George and listen to them share the inside story of a brand.

0:46.3

realize it. But in the time, it was crazy. It was like a lot of kind of out of nowhere things that

0:51.5

were coming at us. And I think that's what we realize and

0:54.8

that's what we learned throughout this entire process is basically to stay relaxed.

1:01.0

Know that at the end everything will be okay and enjoy the journey. Not just, you know,

Now, let's get back to the story.

1:16.3

Yeah, I mean, the first thing is, you know, we're still expanding our program.

1:20.3

And we've sat in, you know, to figure it out.

1:24.1

It took us a while.

1:25.2

But now we have our basically virtual ambassador program,

1:29.2

which has been going really, really well. It helped us, you know, with our campaign to get

1:33.9

$70,000 in pre-orders, but also just like expansion on different campuses. So now we're aiming

1:39.0

to be on 20 different campuses across California. We're in the midst of recruiting right now.
