that is negative news that you want to filter out. And in Marlene's message, she mentioned that some of the news she comes across, that she's not seeking out, it just seems to land right in the midst of what she's

reading or as she's scrolling through social media whatever it might be she says that it's really hard for her to stop thinking about that

negative news and she could be thinking about it all day long or even longer than that. So you might find yourself doing the same thing. I know that certain

images really stay with me and they're very disturbing and when you think about the reason why

you went to the news you wanted to know what was going on in the world. Maybe you were looking for something

specific. Maybe you were on your social media because you wanted to find out how

someone was doing or you just wanted to find out how someone was doing or you just wanted to be

entertained. You didn't want to be dragged down with negative news. So as your insight for today I always share with you some
