Welcome to a quick update podcast. I wanted to reach out and let you all know that everything's going okay for me on my end.

I know it's been a while since I've posted an episode and I apologize for the inconsistency.

I've been working on some exciting stuff and it's been taking a lot more time than I anticipated.

So the big news is I got a TEDx talk here in Ohio.

So I live in Columbus, but this TED talk is going to be in Dayton, Ohio, and it's going to be all about finding confidence in conflict.

And I'm really excited about it. I've been working a lot on it, as you could probably tell from my absence.

It's really been like a second job, probably about 10 to 15 hours a week crafting this message.

And I want to say a special thank you to all of the folks who answered the survey because that's been really helpful.

I spent a lot of time going through the surveys and the information you gave there really helped me to focus my message in this talk.

So I'm really looking forward to it.
