I haven't done one of these in a while and so yeah let's just dive into it. First we're

going to start with the quote-unquote motivation of the day and today I just want to talk to you

please make sure you do this one thing in your journey. And I even struggle with this

and so I'm not like talking down on you I'm talking with you I have to get better

at this as well and that is quite simply just celebrating your small wins along the

way and trust me I get it I'm somebody who even when I have a win I'm like well

that's not good enough I could have done this better could have done that better so

one and so forth and honestly to a degree I think that's good because that keeps me and you.

It keeps us striving. It keeps us pushing forward. It keeps us doing more. Like sometimes

my team kind of gets on me because they're like you need to be

happier like you need to like celebrate these things a bit more and I'm like well

we have such a long way to go I'm like I can't stop and celebrate but I think that's the thing I want to talk to you about today which is just because there's a couple things just because you're celebrating a small win you lose five. If you have 50 pounds to lose and you lose five

pounds, you can celebrate losing that first five pounds without stopping. You can

celebrate losing five pounds without being like, oh, well, I'm going to go quote unquote celebrate by completely going off track and you know just eating whatever I want, drinking whatever I want and undoing all my progress or whatever

it is that we think we're going to do in our heads, right?

Just because you celebrate something doesn't mean you have to stop the journey.
