| 1:39.0 | It could also simply be a word that evokes something that uplifts you. |
| 1:45.0 | Maybe it's beach or maybe it's the name of a left one. |
| 1:53.0 | Immerse yourself in an experience of this one word. |
| 2:04.0 | And as you do so, begin to notice the thoughts and sensations you begin to feel. |
| 2:17.0 | Ahimza or non-violence is one of the five Yamas. |
| 2:24.0 | These are considered to be ethical, moral, and societal guidelines for yogis. |
| 2:33.0 | The first Yama you've been exploring this week Ahimza is an important quality to consider these days |
