Tommy sent this story from NBC News and at Lantons who frequent bar establishments and clubs need to listen up because eight men said they lost consciousness and were then robbed of thousands of dollars

while out at bars in Buckhead from November 2021 to last month.

So this is the NBC news report.

The men believe they were drugged

or described feeling abnormally intoxicated

shortly before their phones were used to transfer thousands of

dollars out of their bank accounts from apps like Venmo, Zell, Apple Cash,

Paypal, Cash App and that their credit cards were used to make fraudulent charges.

So five of the eight men alleged that they were in and out of consciousness on the nights

of their encounters, they were driven around Atlanta and unfamiliar cars by strangers and the incidents occurred after they went out to bars and Buckhead and the bars I got mentioned is five paces in which I think is one that you like to go to right

it's my favorite bar in buckhead also 30 Johnny's Hideaway which is an iconic

dance bar in Atlanta you can't tell if men are drugged up in

Johnny's eye away those people are so old they're just looking for a nap.

If you look at the guys these are younger men that were being targeted and also

the Ivy located in Buckhead. So yeah

apparently these guys went out and so far because one guy came out and shared his

story and then after that a bunch of other men step forward and they were like oh my

God the same exact thing happened to me and they're getting drugged and then

they're somehow ending up in a stranger's car and then being driven around Atlanta

and in that process their phones are getting taken from them and then money is

getting transferred out of their accounts to somewhere else.
