No, you don't need to do anything in order to lose weight.

All you need to do is get its hand.

I can't wait to hear this theory.

Yeah, no, this is my theory and it is 100% true because I experienced it this past week.

My graduation pictures were taken last Monday and for that I was like I'm not trying

to be see-through because I'm so pale when I'm not

tan. I'm like I need to just go get a spray tan for these pictures so I look

good and I feel good. I don't feel like I like the way I look most of the time

and I feel like that's just a universal woman thing is I don't always love the way I look and it's even most of the time and you know I look at myself in the mirror and I'm like I either need to do a calorie deficit or like something but I just can't find the motivation. I go get a spray tan,

I've rinsed that off and I look in the mirror and I'm like I am the hottest thing that's ever walked this.

I'm a goddess. I can't believe I ever thought that I needed to lose weight. I can't believe I ever

didn't like my stomach. I'm like, look at me. I belong in the cover of a magazine.

It comes off and I'm back to shoot I need to get back

in the gym I need to start eating some more salads but I fully believe that if you are

not confident with that what you're feeling or if you're having a day where you're just not loving the way you look fake tank are not

loving the way you look, fake tan.

Because my opinion of myself changes drastically.

When I have a tan.
