for anxiety and OCD.

And more often than not, this issue is not tackled. It's not tackled in therapy and it's not

tackled at home. We do a lot of other things to help our kids with anxiety and

OCD, but we don't tackle the doubt and uncertainty. And if we do, we do the

do the opposite of what is actually really helpful.

We give reassurance which sounds like a really wonderful thing to do
