about only in November a lot of the time and that is how to foster gratitude

with our kids I am really big on trying to help my kids have a different perspective, a

grounded perspective. And I'm going to go into why it's important beyond the fluff of feel good and Thanksgiving gratitude.

I'm going to go into a deeper understanding of like really why is this important

for our children's wiring?

And then I'm going to talk about some concrete ways to do it,

you know, some kind of like Pinterest ideas, quote unquote.

And then I'm going to talk about some more subtle ways,

some more organic ways, to weave this into your parenting style which I think is really

important so yeah I was thinking about what should I talk about and then I was

thinking about my own kids because that's kind of what I do.

When I'm thinking about podcast topics I often think about

what have I struggled with lately or what have I seen in my practice lately

because I really try to talk about things that are

super close to my heart or something that I'm dealing with with someone else.
