Podcast. Today is the beginning of a new segment that I am calling Member Spotlight and I talked a little bit about how this was going to be happening,

share their aha moments, share their struggles, because I think it's really important for you to know that you're not

alone and I think it's really important for you to hear from other parents besides me you

probably know my kids way too well, to hear from other parents what they've been through,

I think there's so much learning that happens when we hear other people's stories and other things that they found

difficult and that they found helpful. So this is the first of many

I am going to do this segment the first week of every month.
