| 0:46.6 | there is a huge misunderstanding in general with OCD, a lot more than anxiety. |

| 0:57.0 | They think it is excessive hand washing or over-organizing. |

| 1:06.2 | neuroticism and they don't realize that that really doesn't encapsulate |
| 1:10.9 | O. C. D. At all, Yes, hand washing, it can be a component of OCD, but it doesn't have to be. |
| 1:18.2 | And people don't have to be clean and organized to have OCD. |
| 1:22.2 | And in fact, most of the kids that I work with |
| 1:24.8 | are not clean, they're not organized, |
| 1:26.7 | and most of them don't hand wash. |
| 1:28.6 | So to the general population, they would not have OCD. And I think that's what gets |
| 1:34.3 | confusing is when you understand OCD and you finally are like I totally get it. I |
| 1:41.7 | didn't know maybe you listen to some of my podcasts or watch some of my YouTube videos and you're like oh my gosh my child has |
| 1:48.7 | OcD I didn't know what OcD was or maybe you always knew what OCD was but the world around you does not |
